Public Transport Authority (PTA) engaged Artify to deliver Full Scope Public Art Coordination Services for its 2024–25 Urban Art Program, a network-wide initiative embedding urban art within the PTA's graffiti management and placemaking strategy. Working alongside the PTA's teams, Artify supported the planning and coordination of nine priority sites across the network, bridges, tunnels, noise walls and station infrastructure, chosen for their visibility, ongoing graffiti challenges and potential to lift the passenger experience.

Artify facilitated an open Expression of Interest that attracted 61 compliant submissions. In collaboration with the PTA, 21 artists were shortlisted and paid to develop concepts, and nine artists and teams were ultimately commissioned. A shared curatorial framework, centred on Transport and Stories of Place, encouraged each artist to respond to the identity and context of their site. Delivery called for close coordination with the PTA and external authorities including Main Roads WA and the Towns of Victoria Park, Cambridge and Bassendean, navigating approvals, rail access, safety documentation and traffic management, with several murals delivered within rail reserves or near overhead line equipment.

Across 2024–25, more than 2,100 square metres of murals were realised. The program also delivered meaningful sector impact, with three commissions to Aboriginal artists, an opportunity for an emerging artist, and two projects delivered in partnership with the Right Track youth engagement program.
