Artify, in partnership with UAP and Soft Earth, was engaged by Cbus Property to provide public art consultancy services for the one40william precinct in Perth's CBD. Artify and UAP curated a range of public artwork opportunities, including murals, lighting and wall-based sculptures, to strengthen One40william's connection to the social and cultural fabric of the city.

In 2022, Artify coordinated a collaborative commission between Barry McGuire, Kamsani Bin Salleh and Marcia McGuire, selected for their individual talents, creative approaches and connection to Whadjuk Noongar boodja. A first collaboration for all three artists, the work brings their shared voices together in a piece uniquely connected to place.

Artify also curated and delivered Maarakool at One40william, a creative space supporting Noongar storytelling through an immersive program of workshops, artist talks and tours.

In July 2023, a third work was completed, Bilya Back Yaakin, the first permanent public art commission in Perth by artist Tyrown Waigana.
