Artify Consulting is a leading public art consultancy based in Mount Lawley, Western Australia. We work with government, developers, architects and artists to deliver exciting public art projects across the state.

We're looking for someone special to join our close-knit team in a supporting role working alongside our Senior Art Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to learn, highly organised, and passionate about art, design and creative projects.

About the Role

As our Project Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support to our consulting team across a diverse range of public art projects. This is a varied and hands-on role that will see you involved in project administration, office coordination, research, database management and basic graphic design.

You will have the opportunity to learn the ropes of public art consulting while contributing to the delivery of meaningful and engaging public art outcomes across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project administration support across multiple public art projects

  • General office administration and coordination

  • Research and information gathering

  • Database and document management

  • Preparation of project materials and reports

  • Basic graphic design and presentation support

  • Assisting consultants with project delivery and stakeholder communications

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Dynamic, energetic and proactive

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Eager to learn and develop new skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

  • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • Background in art, design, arts management, curation, architecture, landscape architecture or a related field

  • Basic graphic design skills

  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Previous administration experience is advantageous but not essential
